From a Moment to a Movement
Despite making up half of the global talent pool, women still occupy only 20% of leadership positions in Asia, with over 50% leaving the workforce between mid to senior levels. The gender gap persists due to a lack of inclusive policies, limited flexible work options, and everyday micro-aggressions.
Determined to change this, our founder Khatija founded Moxy in 2023. Moxy is powered by real-time insights from women in the workplace, providing companies with the data and tools they need to identify barriers and implement lasting change.
We help organizations create inclusive environments, promote flexible work options, and close the gender gap in leadership.
Some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands have partnered with Moxy.

Our founders story
A few years ago, Khatija received an email that would forever change her perspective on the workplace. The email praised her experience, industry knowledge, and motivations for a role, yet it ended with a clear message: the company didn’t feel the position would be a good fit due to her "personal circumstances." The reasoning? The role required long hours, late nights, and extensive travel—demands that, they assumed, she would struggle to meet as a mother returning from maternity leave. The message was clear: her personal life, and the balance she sought between career and family, were seen as barriers to her professional success. That moment ignited a spark within her. She knew that women like her—ambitious, driven, and seeking both personal fulfillment and career success—shouldn’t have to choose between the two.
