Any woman who has a workplace experience to share can submit - regardless of industry, role, seniority, or location. Whether you’re early in your career, mid-level, in leadership, or transitioning roles, your voice contributes to a broader picture of what women are navigating at work.
The experiences you submit are aggregated and analysed to create real-time insights about women’s workplace realities. This anonymised data helps us understand trends - such as inclusion challenges, flexibility needs, discrimination experiences, and culture gaps so we can design evidence-based behaviour change programs and solutions for companies to improve their workplaces. We do not share individual responses with companies - only de-identified, collective insights.
Yes of course! You can explore the Insights dashboard and see summaries of trends and responses without submitting your own story. However, submitting your experience helps us strengthen the dataset and makes the insights more representative and impactful to drive real change in organisations.
